Yesterday, my friend asked me on MSN the way of writting testimonial for her new boss.

This morning, I was asked by my boss to do company profile for pre-qualification of tender.

I read the last year company profile, company certificates, finance statement, past projects, company and employees' background.

When I finished the reading, I was wonder how many past projects should be included in the company profile? How any zero should I put behind the 1st figure? How many year of experience to show?

Suddenly I laugh thinking about a story i read before from Multiply. 名片拿掉，你還剩下什麼?

What actually can we know from those company profile and testimonial? How hardworking are we? How experience the company in construction industry?

NO, those are only on the paper!
As my colleague said, "You don't need to put so many projects detail inside the profile. If they really confidence with our company sure they will choose us. This is only paper work!".

Ya, definately, if we don't really work with it, we will never know how good or bad the company is. It is different if we see something outside the door, we can only feel the sweetness of love when we are falling in love.

If I tell you today how good the Amway comapny background and how succes you will be in this business, you will either laugh on me or simply agree me; many people do not actual do it. It is similar to those company profile and testimonial.
